Store/Depot Manager North London

The Odin Recruitment Group are looking for a driven and ambitious Designate (x3 site) manager for an exciting opportunity in North London.
The role of a Designate Manager is to support, typically, 3 stores of of our client\’s organisation. You will discuss each stores priorities with the full time Depot Manager-for example staff development, improve sales and or face to face customer service. Ideally, you will have your own car due to the expected traveling between x3 different depots in North London.
The role brings a lot of variety working, sometimes at very short notice, whereupon you will have to blend seemlessly into another depot of the business, therefore-

• You will have the ability and flair to work on a warm desk (covering for a colleague)
• You will pick up existing customer leads and drive the sale forward.
• you will have excellent customer facing skills
• You will be comfortable pricing customer enquiries knowing you have the support of a now International organisation behind you.
• You will balance your sales between equally between quality business and profitability.
• You will be able to retain professional business relationships remotely.

The role is any 5 out of 7 days on a rota, whereupon weekend cover is agreed well in advance.
