The Opportunity
As Workshop Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
