Do you have strong expertise in gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and drive chain components and enjoy leading from the front? As Workshop Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 11 engineers
- Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes
- Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
About You:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment

- Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites
