Odin Recruitment Group are working on behalf of our client who are looking to add to their existing team. Their business is rapidly growing due to an increase in new customers within their field. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading design and build organisation.

Role and responsibilities
- Using Revit for designing floor plans.
- Creating elevations and 3D visuals.
- Drawing bespoke carpentry solutions and construction details.
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years Revit experience.
- Understanding client building plans to make well-judged design decisions.
- Using viewpoint for drawing approval.
- Provide detailed information on products in accordance with BIM requirements.
- Producing guidance steps and instruction for clients and installers.
- Having a knowledge of Building regulation requirements.
- Communicating with clients, building contractors and architects.
This role is office based only. 40-hours per week, salary up to £45k. Hours of work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
