The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and vetting candidates for various roles within the industrial sector. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure we deliver the best talent to our clients, ensuring that all candidates meet the required skillset and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for warehouse, distribution, and HGV driver roles
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability
- Vet candidates and check references
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring excellent communication
- Provide support to the recruitment team as needed
About You:
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a bubbly personality, and a confident manner. You will need to be computer literate and be comfortable using recruitment software and databases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, be highly organized, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
