Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: Level 3 or higher in Childcare and Education.
• Desirable: Degree-level qualification.
• Essential: A minimum of 3 years of leadership and management experience.
  Were seeking a candidate who excels in both the care and business aspects of management.

Location:
Stockport.

Hours/Shifts:
40-48 hours per week

Salary:
Starting at £17.50 per hour

Start Date:
Immediate start preferred, with a 6-month probationary and induction period.

About Our Setting:
Our nursery has proudly served the community for 35 years, with this particular setting established in April 2008. We are a small, welcoming facility catering to children aged 0-5 years across 5 base roomsfrom infants to pre-schoolers. Registered for 56 children, we are supported by a dedicated team of 17 staff members. The current Nursery Manager will remain in a supportive role during the transition. We operate 52 weeks a year, closing only on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year, with operating hours from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer full-time, part-time, and funded placements for children aged 9 months to 4 years.

You need to be Experienced in Nursery Management in the UK

You need recent referenceable experience in the UK

You need a UK Childcare Qualification of at least NVQ Level 3
