The Opportunity:
- As Service Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
- You’ll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.
- This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
- You will oversee operations across two sites, with regular travel (2-3 nights per week). A company van will be provided for site travel.

- Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites.
