Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader to join a welcoming and well-established nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, inspire young learners, and make a lasting impact during one of the most important stages of a child's development.
The Role
- As Toddler Room Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy toddler room, ensuring the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding are maintained at all times.
- You'll lead by example, support and mentor your team, and work closely with the wider management team to create an engaging, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
- Plan engaging activities that promote children's development.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies are consistently followed.
- Maintain a warm, caring and inclusive environment for every child.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or an experienced Level 3 looking to step up.
- A positive, enthusiastic and child-centred approach.
