As a Nursery Room Leader / Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

You will be responsible for leading by example within your room, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high-quality early years practice is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS principles
  • Embed learning opportunities into daily routines such as play, mealtimes and transitions
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
  • Support and guide colleagues within your room to maintain best practice

About You

We are looking for a passionate and committed early years professional who brings energy, empathy and enthusiasm to their work. You will have:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working across a range of early years age groups
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication skills with children, families and colleagues
