We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join my clients fabulous team on a maternity cover basis, with the exciting possibility of a permanent role. This opportunity is within a recently built, state-of-the-art nursery located in a desirable area, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for both children and staff.

About the Nursery:

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of care and education.
• Support in the planning and implementation of the curriculum, fostering a rich learning environment for all children.
• Manage staff development and training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, providing them with regular feedback and fostering a welcoming, inclusive community.

What Were Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent) with substantial experience in an early years setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality early years education.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• A proactive, flexible approach with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
