As a Nursery Room Leader / Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. You will be responsible for leading by example within your room, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high-quality early years practice is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS principles
- Embed learning opportunities into daily routines such as play, mealtimes and transitions
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
- Support and guide colleagues within your room to maintain best practice
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice

About You

- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
