An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Early Years Educator to join a well-established and nurturing nursery setting in the Chelmsford area. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional looking to take on a leadership position within the room, delivering high-quality education and care while supporting the wider team to maintain outstanding standards. As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
