What you'll be doing- Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for live vacancies.
- Speaking with candidates daily by phone and building lasting relationships.
- Managing candidate availability, interviews and recruitment pipelines.
- Working closely with consultants to deliver excellent results for clients.
- Making outbound calls using your work phone, both in and out of the office.
- Keeping our recruitment systems organised and up to date.
- Taking ownership of your workload and helping solve problems as they arise.
