An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Early Years Educator to join a well-established and nurturing nursery setting in the Chelmsford area. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional looking to take on a leadership position within the room, delivering high-quality education and care while supporting the wider team to maintain outstanding standards.
As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Lead by example, role modelling outstanding practice within the team
- Support the implementation of a child-centred curriculum
- Identify and maximise learning opportunities throughout daily routines
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and wellbeing
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working across all Early Years age groups
