They’re now looking for a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to take ownership of the Marine & Offshore space across Northern England and Scotland; someone who can open doors, influence specifications, and turn relationships into long-term revenue. What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll operate at the sharp end of the business driving growth, building influence, and positioning solutions where they matter most.
- Target and win marine & offshore projects across oil & gas and maritime sectors.
- Engage key decision-makers: owners, operators, engineers, contractors, and OEMs.
- Drive specification-led sales, getting solutions embedded early in the design phase.
- Build opportunities from cold through to approved supplier status.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Grow and retain key accounts while actively developing new business.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Provide pre-sales technical input and support bespoke solution development.
- Manage your pipeline strategically using CRM and market intelligence.
