Your Role
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
- Monitor and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
- Build strong, positive relationships with families
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
- A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
- Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare
- A commitment to delivering excellence in early years education
