Our client, a well-established early years setting, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This role is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality early education and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children in line with the EYFS
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Carry out observations, assessments and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Support children’s routines including mealtimes, sleep times and personal care

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A warm, caring and professional approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Committed to high standards of care and education
