Our client, a well-established early years setting, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This role is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality early education and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children in line with the EYFS
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Carry out observations, assessments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Support children’s routines including mealtimes, sleep times and personal care
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience working within an early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A warm, caring and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to high standards of care and education
