An established and well regarded early years provider is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead one of their high quality settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong early years leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and supporting a team to provide the best possible start for children.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day running of the nursery
- Leading and supporting a team of early years practitioners
- Maintaining high standards of care, learning and development
- Ensuring full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Building strong relationships with parents and families
- Supporting occupancy growth and maintaining excellent reputation within the local community
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for high quality childcare and early education
