Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel supported, valued and motivated to learn. You will contribute to high-quality early years practice and help deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS principles
- Support children's learning through play, exploration and daily routines
- Identify and maximise learning opportunities in everyday moments
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality environment
- Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all children is always prioritised

Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for child development and early years care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and children
- High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework

- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working within Early Years across different age groups
