Hours: Full Time & Part Time roles available (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Up to £29,670 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)

Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel supported, valued and motivated to learn. You will contribute to high-quality early years practice and help deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS principles
  • Support children's learning through play, exploration and daily routines
  • Identify and maximise learning opportunities in everyday moments
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality environment
  • Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all children is always prioritised

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for child development and early years care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and children
  • High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Must Haves:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working within Early Years across different age groups
