THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a highly entrepreneurial role focused on launching and building the company’s European commercial function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships across the renewable energy market, generating new business opportunities and helping establish the company as a trusted service partner within the region. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, building relationships and commercial momentum from the ground up, and working effectively within a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the European commercial growth strategy
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across the UK and Europe
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, conferences, referrals and direct outreach
- Develop relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, asset owners, infrastructure funds and related counterparties
- Lead commercial discussions and support proposal development
- Coordinate internally with delivery and technical teams across the wider business
- Help position the business within the European renewable energy market
- Represent the company externally at industry events and client meetings
- Support long term expansion of the European platform
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Strong candidates are likely to demonstrate:

The business is primarily interested in individuals with experience selling services or solutions into the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, particularly within relationship led and consultative sales environments. Relevant sector exposure could include solar, battery storage (BESS), distributed energy systems, asset management services, energy efficiency and monitoring solutions, and broader operational or performance optimisation services. The company remains open to strong commercial sales professionals from adjacent sectors where transferable sales capability, relationship building ability and commercial credibility are clearly demonstrated.
COMPENSATION
Compensation structure is intended to be performance driven and will include:

Fully remote initially. Flexible UK and European travel expected. Co-working support available where required.
