The Project Director / Delivery Director will lead the mobilisation and delivery of major power infrastructure projects, working closely with the founders and senior leadership team to turn the company’s project pipeline into a structured, deliverable programme of work. The role will require someone who can bring structure, discipline and delivery confidence to a complex, multi-project environment, while also helping build the wider project organisation as the business grows. This person will provide the senior delivery leadership, project discipline and technical credibility required to support the company’s next stage of growth.

  • Oversee programmes, critical paths, project risks, changes, claims and emerging delivery issues.
  • Ensure effective coordination of HV/MV engineering, civil works, MEP interfaces, equipment supply, testing and commissioning.
  • Work closely with commercial, procurement and finance stakeholders to manage cost, supplier commitments, payment milestones and contractual exposure.
  • Establish project controls, reporting rhythm, governance processes and decision-making structures.
  • Support the development of scalable delivery systems and operating procedures for future projects.
  • Provide senior leadership and credibility with clients, partners, suppliers and investors.
