Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering top-tier customer service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, with a focus on understanding agricultural needs.
• Managing customer orders and handling sales administration efficiently.
• Advising customers on technical queries related to farming machinery and equipment, helping them find tailored solutions.
• Keeping customers informed on order statuses and technical queries to minimise downtime.
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing spare parts critical to farming operations.
• Overseeing spare parts inventory, managing goods-in processes, and maintaining reception duties.
• Accurately picking and dispatching parts to meet farmers’ urgent requirements.

To thrive in this role, you ll bring:

• A background in agricultural engineering, farming machinery, manufacturing equipment, or a related field.
• Proven experience in parts or stores administration, ideally within the farming or agricultural sector.
• Strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service across various channels.
