We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join a fast-paced Service Delivery Team, supporting a busy network of engineers out in the field. If you’ve got experience in scheduling, service administration, property operations, or field service coordination, this could be the perfect next step in your career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and knows how to bring structure to a busy operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and coordinate daily schedules for engineers to ensure maximum efficiency, minimum downtime, and great customer service.
  • Manage service calls from booking through to completion, keeping customers updated every step of the way.
  • Be the go-to person for service queries, deliveries, and office visitors.
  • Liaise with clients on outstanding works, prepare quotes, and keep projects on track.
  • Work closely with engineers, making sure they have the right tools, stock, and information for every job.
  • Support stock control, including ordering, storeroom levels, and assisting Finance with stocktakes.
  • Assist with reporting, procedures, and the rollout of operational improvements driven by senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Experience in operations administration, ideally scheduling, field service admin, engineer coordination, or property/maintenance.
  • Confident with IT systems – experience using scheduling, CRM, or reporting tools is a big plus.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
