The Opportunity: We are hiring a B2B Sales Consultant to join a successful, growing business supplying high-value, specialist products into industry. This is a developmental field sales role, offering structured training, ongoing coaching, and close support from a highly experienced Sales Director. You will gradually build confidence managing face-to-face meetings, understanding client needs, and developing your own sales territory. You will typically spend 2-3 days per week in the field, meeting customers alongside senior colleagues initially, before taking increasing ownership as you develop. This is an ideal role for someone earlier in their sales career who wants to grow into a senior level with the right support.
