The Opportunity
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, developing strong partnerships through regular communication, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions. You'll take the time to understand your clients' businesses, objectives, and challenges, allowing you to proactively identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and help them achieve their goals.
This role is about far more than simply managing accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with key client accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, support, and account development

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Business Development, Internal Sales, or a similar customer-facing role
