We re looking for an experienced and personable Broker Support Executive to become a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of insurance brokers. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within insurance broking, underwriting or a customer-focused environment who wants to move into a more relationship-led position. You ll become the go-to person for your allocated brokers, helping them navigate everything from onboarding and insurer support to training, queries and day-to-day challenges. You ll build strong relationships, understand what your brokers need and work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure they receive an exceptional level of support.
