Are you a Service Engineer with experience in telecare, warden call, or life safety systems? We’re looking for engineers who have worked with systems similar to those used by providers such as Appello, Tynetec, or Tunstall Healthcare and are looking for a role where you can apply your skills across a wider range of safety-critical technologies. This is an opportunity to join a growing and supportive business delivering essential life safety and communication systems, helping protect vulnerable individuals, residential communities, and commercial environments.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of telecare and fire & security systems, ensuring they remain fully operational, compliant, and reliable. You’ll work across a defined patch covering:
- Basingstoke
- Swindon
- Oxford
Applicants should ideally live within 45 minutes of Basingstoke to support efficient coverage of this region. You’ll operate independently in the field, with occasional visits to the Basingstoke hub for team collaboration, training, and stock collection.
