The Role
We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to join a well-established, growing business selling high-value products into industry across the UK. You’ll spend around 3 days per week travelling, meeting clients, developing new business, and nurturing existing accounts. You’ll work closely with an extremely experienced Sales Director who will provide full industry and product training, setting you up for long-term success. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, trusts their sales instincts, and genuinely enjoys meeting people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting existing and prospective clients across the UK and Worldwide
- Building strong, long-term relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close
- Selling high-value, specialist products into industry
- Attending exhibitions and industry events
- Planning and managing your own territory and diary
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and Sales Director
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Confident holding face-to-face sales meetings with clients
- A relationship-builder who enjoys consultative selling
- Happy to travel across the UK (Monday–Friday only)
- Based within 1 hour’s commute of Alton, Hampshire
- Full UK driving licence
- Someone proactive, professional, and motivated by results
- Keen to be out meeting customers, not sat at a desk all day
