Senior Researcher | Gaming and Entertainment | Global Executive Search

Our Global Gaming business is the lead executive search partner for many high-profile organisations and bodies including online gambling operators and suppliers, console and mobile gaming publishers and esports businesses. We hold a market-leading position for gaming, interactive entertainment and online gambling and betting appointments in the executive search market.

We have a diversified business in interactive entertainment and esports space and have built a growing list of high-profile clients in video gaming, mobile/free-to-play/social gaming and the exciting space of esports. This is a significant investment area for us and an important part of our growth plan as a practice, particularly given the cross-over opportunities into the broader media and entertainment space.

Our work covers c suite, board non-executive appointments and a broad range of commercial, operational, and specialist industry roles – down to VP level. Almost all our assignments are internationally focused, and many require us to identify transferable skills from talent in other sectors and geographies.

Research is critical to what we do. The core role of our Researchers is to identify, approach and assess candidates for the high-profile executive, non-executive & board appointments we work on, for our clients. You will be supported with training and development to succeed.
