We’re looking for Recruitment Researchers to join us in our Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham offices.

The role

  • Supporting consultants in developing search strategies to identify, engage, assess, and ultimately deliver exceptional talent for our clients across a broad range of sectors and business disciplines.
  • Putting your research skills to the test using a range of tools, including our CRM, online resources, and word of mouth.
  • Engaging with clients face to face, via phone and video, and by creating insightful written reports throughout a search.
