HR Co-ordinator Position based in our office at Prime View in Kingswells, Aberdeen.

Key Duties
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist in ensuring that all areas pertaining to personnel are run in a cost-effective and safe manner.
  • Provide support in the planning and administration of specific rig schedules.
  • Ensure optimum use of offshore personnel across all installations, maintaining effective communication at all times.
  • Be responsible for recording all personnel movements in the personnel database and carry out spot audits on the quality of information held in the database.
  • Ensure that all personnel records are retained in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies with regards to sourcing agency personnel.
  • Arrange travel/accommodation as required.
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Carry out all general day-to-day HR administration.
  • Participate in a rota system providing out of hours on call cover for all personnel issues.
  • Be a member of the emergency response next of kin team.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and HR systems/databases.
  • Must have experience of dealing with external clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise accordingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement and maintain strict confidentiality.
