We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our Well Services team in Aberdeen as a Fishing Tool Warehouse Supervisor. With our product line continuing to grow and evolve, this is a fantastic chance to play a key role in supporting our expanding operations and shaping the future of our warehouse function.

Key Duties

  • Perform service and maintenance tasks on all equipment related to the assigned product line.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, including build sheets, strip-down reports, and fault findings.
  • Perform tool maintenance processes in IFS, ensuring the system is consistently updated.
  • Prepare equipment for loadouts and client deliveries, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
  • Handle the receipt of tools post-job, ensuring they are logged and processed correctly.
  • Receive and manage spare parts, consumables, and other equipment transfers, including the completion of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor and Logistics Team to ensure proper documentation control and workflow.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Requisition of necessary equipment and services within warehouse operation according to budget.
  • Assist the management so that training and competence development in the warehouse is taken care of.
  • Ensure warehouse and equipment is functional at any given time.
  • In charge of Synergi cases falling under responsibility.
  • Training of personnel as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the department; hereunder coordinate and organise the work.
  • Deliver our products/services according to packaging standards and procedures, cost and delivery time.
  • Correct prioritising to ensure the equipment is delivered according to given deadlines, and necessary quality control is carried out according to internal and external requirements, regulations and policies.
  • Follow rules and procedures, as well as reacting and reporting incidents, dangerous behaviour and dangerous conditions.
  • Ensure maintenance is planned and executed according to established processes and standards for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure that our maintenance system IFS is used according to procedures and routines.
  • Responsible for updates in procedures on level for and local intended for warehouse operations.
  • Responsible for all warehouse personnel.
  • Receive verifications and keep track of type approvals for all machinery used by warehouse personnel.
  • Actively work to simplify operations through process optimization and work methods.
  • In charge of and lead department meetings with focus on HSE-Q and working environment.

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience working in a Fishing Workshop.
  • Must have experience in setting up Fishing Warehouse and developing all required warehouse documentation.
  • Must possess the technical knowledge and skills to strip, rebuild, and test fishing tools relevant to the assigned product line.
  • Understanding of Fishing BHA’s and Load outs.
  • Understanding relationships with local machine shops.
  • Torquing Unit Experience.
  • Proficient in both written and oral English to ensure accurate documentation and effective communication within the team and with clients.
