We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fishing, Remedial and P&A Manager to join our team in the UK. If you have a strong background in rig/service operations, Fishing services, Slot Recovery, and P&A operations, along with proven leadership and management experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Management: Oversee and manage P&A, Fishing, and Remedial product lines for the UK market.
- Market Development: Drive marketing efforts for our services and products to expand our client base.
- Tender Preparation: Lead the preparation of tenders to secure new business opportunities.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimise equipment stock and ensure smooth operations of services.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Project Reporting: Monitor and report on cost, progress, and deviations in projects and daily operations.
- Strategic Support: Contribute to the development of new, innovative solutions within the Fishing, Remedial, and P&A group, collaborating with internal teams and technology groups.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in rig/service operations, including Fishing services, Slot Recovery, and P&A operations.
- Management Experience: Previous leadership experience in a relevant role, with a focus on operations and team management.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of drilling-related equipment, particularly in Remedial operations.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Core Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of the department by identifying opportunities for expansion and developing new operational solutions.
- Actively contribute to the global operational excellence group within the Product Line.
- Collaborate with other Product Lines and Business Areas to integrate solutions effectively.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions for the company, in partnership with the Technology Development Group.
- Ensure the Environmental Aspects & Impacts register is maintained and communicated within the department, in compliance with applicable requirements.
