A vacancy has arisen for the position of Operational Planner within our Aberdeen Office at Prime View, Kingswells. The key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below:
- Focal point for client/rig against contract on all ongoing operations
- Follow up customer project/receive request from customer:
- Establish customer order
- Ensure receipt of customer PO
- Establish equipment list (recommendation/clarifications)
- Ensure Operation Coordinator finalizes equipment lists and approve
- Ensure correct pricing
- Ensure customer order is updated when required
- Prepare necessary reports
The successful candidate must have the following:
- The right to work in the UK
- Preferably degree in engineering or technical certificate of apprenticeship/technical institute
- Preferably 5 years of relevant TRS experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
- Good knowledge of technical drilling equipment
