We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to billions of people in their everyday lives. Residential real estate is the world's largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners' and residents' expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen. In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 12,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength. By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards. Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets. As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers. If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a core Property Management platform used across multiple markets. You’ll work hands-on with a strong engineering team to turn real customer problems into scalable product solutions in a modern SaaS environment. This role sits close to both technology and the business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and work directly with senior leadership, reporting to the VP of Product. If you enjoy building products that scale, working with data, and shipping continuously, this role offers real ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your product area: Take day-to-day ownership of your product area - backlog, roadmap, and outcomes. Where processes exist, adopt and improve them; where they don't, establish lightweight, practical ways of working. Define and maintain a clear, defensible roadmap that reflects business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Deliver with impact: Lead delivery on two high-priority, high-visibility initiatives from the outset, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations end-to-end. Communicate progress clearly and proactively to senior stakeholders. Set sharp priorities and make data-informed decisions to ensure focus on what drives the most value.
  • Connect product to business outcomes: Define and track the metrics that matter across both SaaS and service-delivery dimensions: activation, retention, operational efficiency, client satisfaction. Translate feature delivery into commercial language – what moves churn, what drives upsell, what improves service economics.
  • Understand and champion the user: Partner with UX to create continuous feedback loops from user interviews, behavioural data, and frontline team insights. Distinguish between feature requests and underlying problems – and recognise when the best solution is not to build.
  • Navigating a complex stakeholder environment: Build trusted relationships across engineering, design, sales, support, and operations. Manage diverse stakeholders while keeping a sharp focus on outcomes; secure alignment on what gets built – and what doesn’t.

Required What We’re Looking For

  • Proven mid-senior Product Manager experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
  • Ability to own a product area with confidence, working independently while collaborating closely with senior product leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen: able to connect product decisions to SaaS metrics, service KPIs, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations and presenting confidently to senior leadership.
  • Solid agile practitioner: able to shape and improve team processes, not just follow them.
  • Data-literate: comfortable defining metrics, setting targets, and using data to prioritise and defend decisions.
  • Clear, structured communication—written (user stories, acceptance criteria) and verbal (stakeholder updates, discovery sessions).
  • Ability to leverage AI tools effectively and to a high standard, both as an assistant to your day-to-day work and as a prototyping tool.

Desirable

  • CRM product experience – owning or contributing to CRM functionality: workflow automation, relationship data, pipeline views, and how CRM surfaces drive operational outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the PropTech or property management space (block management, leasing, compliance, maintenance workflows).
  • Experience building production-ready AI-powered functionality in complex regulated contexts.
  • Experience building or scaling product processes in growing organisations.

Who You Are

You’re a product-driven, commercially aware Product Manager who enjoys moving fast while building things the right way. You’re comfortable working close to developers, navigating technical discussions, and making clear trade-offs. You thrive in scale-up environments where ownership, pace, and collaboration matter. Experience working in an international or multi-market setup is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • Real ownership – responsibility for a business-critical product.
  • Direct impact – close collaboration with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong engineering culture – skilled developers and modern ways of working.
  • Scaling platform – a SaaS product with long-term growth ambitions.
  • Fast-moving environment – pragmatic, collaborative, and product-focused.
