Role Overview
As Client Support Lead, you will lead a team of Insurance Technicians, ensuring high‑quality client support and operational excellence. You will collaborate with senior leadership, Account Directors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and drive client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and motivate a team of Insurance Technicians, fostering a high‑performing culture.
- Provide ongoing training and development, including product knowledge and client service skills.
- Set performance goals with Account Directors, monitor progress, and give feedback.
- Oversee day‑to‑day client relationship management, ensuring prompt communication.
- Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Act as escalation point for complex client issues and claims, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain service standards and implement processes to monitor performance.
