Role Description
We are looking for a technically strong Deployment Manager to own how our SaaS platform is released, deployed, and adopted by customers. This role is highly hands-on and sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial teams. Your primary focus will be to organise and structure our fortnightly Agile releases, ensuring that new functionality is delivered, communicated, and adopted in a way that creates both customer and business value. You will work closely with a skilled development team of around 17 developers, alongside Customer Success, Customer Care, and Sales, to ensure that releases are clearly packaged, well-documented, and supported with the right training and enablement. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers high visibility and ownership in a fast-scaling, international SaaS environment.
