Responsibilities

  • Execute mise-en-place efficiently, including setting up ingredients, preparing production batches, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your workstation.
  • Prepare a wide range of ingredients and production items while meeting the highest standards of taste, consistency, and presentation.
  • Support daily kitchen production operations to ensure timely preparation and availability of products.
  • Check and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ingredient quality, and coordinate stock ordering when shortages arise.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Assist in optimising workflow and production efficiency within the kitchen operations.
