What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:
  • Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
  • Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations
  • Ensuring Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards
  • Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
  • Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
  • Running shift briefings and making on‑shift operational decisions
  • Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
