Job Purpose

Support the Group Senior Creative Production Manager (GSCPM) to ensure Group Partnership (GP) content, produced in-house and with external partners, achieves cut through for our Film campaigns and adheres to the highest standards of creativity, in order to deliver against revenue and performance KPIs. The Group Creative Production Manager will deliver content for different marketing channels at a pan‑regional level; build relationships with external film partners and creative agencies, collaborate with our 9 local ODEON Cinemas Group (OCG) markets and support the Group Senior Creative Production Manager (GSCPM) in delivering the Group Partnerships content strategy. Please note that this role is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver pan‑European, multi‑market (9 markets) creative content that cuts through competitor activity and drives incremental GBOR/EBITDA against key film titles.
  • Lead end‑to‑end content production, managing external agencies to ensure creative excellence and efficient delivery.
  • Guide and support local OCG markets to activate GP content effectively across guest‑facing platforms, reflecting local nuances.
  • Partner with the GSCPM to ensure strong storytelling, audience relevance and creative quality across all Group Partnership content.
  • Support tracking, analysis and reporting of content performance and conversion, using insights to optimise future campaigns and inform studio reporting.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with film studios, their digital/publicity teams and external production partners to secure exclusive opportunities and economies of scale.
  • Collaborate with the GSCPM to define and communicate clear GP content strategies, briefs and campaign schedules for each title.
  • Conduct post‑campaign performance reviews, establishing benchmarks and KPIs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record in developing & producing content, with an understanding of creative strategy.
  • Strong digital, and in particular social, background, confident working in this space.
  • Prior industry experience is desirable.
  • A demonstrable understanding in how to connect different audiences with content and adapting content to the platforms that it will live on.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and with external partners/agencies.
  • Budget management, including negotiation with external vendors/agencies.
  • Strong multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
