You'll bring a good eye for storytelling, selecting key editorial moments from talent interviews and exclusive film footage to create short‑form and long‑form content that ensures a cut‑through across OCG channels, ultimately delivering against revenue and performance KPIs. Build relationships with, and manage, external film partners and creative agencies, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and OCG’s 9 markets. Please note that this role is a fixed‑term contract for a period of 12 months.

- Have a good eye for storytelling, with experience selecting key editorial moments from large amounts of footage (such as raw junket interviews / exclusive film footage) to produce guest‑facing short‑form and long‑form content.
- Lead end‑to‑end content production, briefing external agencies to produce the content and ensuring creative excellence, accurate localisation and efficient delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with film studios, their digital/publicity teams and external production partners to secure exclusive opportunities and economies of scale.
- Guide and support local OCG markets to activate GP content effectively across guest‑facing platforms, reflecting local nuances.
- Support tracking, analysis and reporting of digital and social content performance and conversion, using insights to optimise future campaigns and inform studio reporting.
- Conduct post‑campaign performance reviews, establishing benchmarks and KPIs to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Experience selecting key editorial moments from large amounts of raw footage to produce short‑form and long‑form content that hosts a strong story through‑line.
