Job Purpose
As Group FP&A Analyst, you\’ll facilitate and deliver pro-active reporting, analysis, and support for the ODEON Cinemas Group (OCG) FP&A team and the wider business. Support the Group FP&A team in preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual insight and analysis, across a variety of items including P&L, Capex and Cash
Job Purpose
As Group FP&A Analyst, you\’ll facilitate and deliver pro-active reporting, analysis, and support for the ODEON Cinemas Group (OCG) FP&A team and the wider business. Support the Group FP&A team in preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual insight and analysis, across a variety of items including P&L, Capex and Cash
Key Accountabilities
- Own a variety of reporting, including: Daily and Weekend Reporting KPI Reporting and Support for Non-Finance Functions Consolidation and analysis of Weekly Flash and Rolling Forecast Process Consolidation and analysis of Cash Rent Forecasting
- Support the annual budget cycle, including preparing and developing relevant packs for territories and ensuring Budget is loaded into Oracle Financials accurately and in a timely manner
- Developing the use of financial databases through organising and analysing a variety of data sources
- Assist with and develop modelling requirements within the team
- Ad-hoc support on financial performance analysis
- Support where required with closing month end accounts for group functions
- Build and maintain relationships with Finance and Non-Finance Teams across both OCG and AMC
Key Skills
- Part-Qualified Accountant (or relevant experience)
- Advanced level of excel skills
- Experience with Power BI would be an advantage
- Great communicator, both with finance and non-finance colleagues
- Highly analytical and experienced with modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
