What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
- Overseeing guest experience across all areas: retail, ticketing and ushering.
- Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
- Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance and food handling.
- Running shift briefings and making on‑shift operational decisions.
