The Role: As a National Account Executive, you will support the UK OOH Team to grow Rude Health and Oddlygood® into the main challenger brand in plant-based drinks and yogurts. You will manage and grow our Health & Organic Trade and Foodservice regional accounts. Your responsibilities will include relationship management, marketing plan execution, organizing trade shows, demand planning, cross-functional collaboration, account administration, and performance analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing national Health & Organic Trade wholesale accounts such as Suma, CLF, CN Foods, Whole Food Market, Planet Organic etc. and Foodservice regional wholesale accounts – Kent Frozen Foods, Goodnus, Hunts FS, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with the buyers and build a contact matrix with the top major accounts.
  • Foster collaboration between us as a supplier, our wholesaler accounts, and end users.
  • Own the creation and execution of annual strategy and plan for these two channels to achieve the overall company goals.
  • Execute and manage the annual marketing and promotion plan to ensure multiple deadlines, advertisement designs and specifications are met for Health & Organic Trade wholesalers.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team and in-house designer to develop advertisements/digital banners/leaflets to communicate our brands and products effectively with the Health & Organic stores or Foodservice outlets.
  • Introduce new products to the targeted wholesale customers and support them with effective marketing plans and promotions.
  • Review and analyse account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting in implementing corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to develop accurate demand forecasts, considering historical data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to organize and support at trade shows and consumer events.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Experience Level: We are searching for a candidate in their first or second role, with proactive attitude, growth mindset, a relationship builder, supportive team player, a strong desire to learn.
  • Field sales experience with clean driving licence is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong organization skills with excellent project and time management.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, proactive mindset, and eagerness to take on responsibilities – ‘treat it like it’s your own’ mindset.
