Key Responsibilities
- Manage all wedding, conference, and event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation.
- Conduct professional show rounds for prospective clients.
- Maximise sales opportunities across weddings, events, meeting rooms, accommodation, and hotel facilities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Attend wedding fairs and networking events to promote the hotel and generate new business.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Proposal Writing & Negotiation: Prepare bespoke proposals and contracts, negotiate rates, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Revenue Generation: Maximise revenue through upselling, yield management, and effective diary management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.

- Proactively source new business via networking, sales calls, and attending industry events.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s event facilities.
- Manage the M&E diary, ensuring optimal space usage and timely communication with relevant departments.
