- Commercial Strategy & Unit Economics: Design pricing hierarchies and bundling strategies to increase AOV and support subscription behaviours. Own product P&L performance, closely monitoring COGS, fulfilment costs, and packaging costs. Develop commercial propositions that reduce churn and increase retention (e.g., exclusive subscription tiers or loyalty incentives).
- Online Merchandising & Launch Execution: Lead the go-to-market approach for new product launches, ensuring seamless sourcing, marketing, and website merchandising. Forecast initial demand for new ranges to support operations - balancing risk of overstocking vs early sell-out.
