Role Overview:Growth Product Manager

At Oddbox, we are embarking on the next phase of our journey and are looking for a passionate Growth Product Manager who can help identify and develop this opportunity.

The purpose of the Growth Product Manager is to identify and leverage unmet customer needs to drive sustainable product expansion and adoption of our new proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

Discover and Prioritise New Problem Spaces: Lead the charge in identifying significant, unsolved customer pain points that represent opportunities for substantial growth. This isn\’t just about incremental improvements, but about finding entirely new product propositions that can add value to the brand.

Facilitate Problem-Solution Fit: Working closely with the UX researcher and Product Designer, you will ensure that the team deeply understands the \”why\” behind customer problems and that proposed solutions genuinely address these needs in an innovative way.

Drive Experimentation and Learning: Establish a rigorous framework for testing new ideas, gathering data, and iterating rapidly. Your goal is to quickly validate assumptions about customer problems and potential solutions, minimising risk and maximising learning.

Translate Insights into Actionable Product Strategy: Synthesise research findings, design concepts, and market analysis into a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall growth objectives of the business.

Feasibility and commercial understanding: Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally across the business to ensure the team creates and delivers a feasible and commercially viable physical and digital product.
