About the Role
To support our mission, we are seeking a Distribution Centre (Warehouse) Support Supervisor to play an integral role in overseeing and enhancing our warehouse operations. This position is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our dynamic team and support the efficiency of our distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the distribution centre ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Supervise warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes and systems to optimise productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Google Office Suite.
- Ideally a qualified forklift driver.
