Location: Croydon - on site

Working Pattern: Full-time – 5 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Earliest shift start time will be 9am, and latest end time will be 9pm

About the Role

To support our mission, we are seeking a Distribution Centre (Warehouse) Support Supervisor to play an integral role in overseeing and enhancing our warehouse operations. This position is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our dynamic team and support the efficiency of our distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the distribution centre ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse processes and systems to optimise productivity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal Experience

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Google Office Suite.
  • Ideally a qualified forklift driver.
