We are on the lookout for an Operations Assistant to work alongside the team at Odd Muse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the imports and exports within Odd Muse London, helping us build and develop our operations team as we move further into the international market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating shipping activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers to arrange transportation and track shipments in real-time.
- Maintaining and updating operations documentation, reports, and databases.
- Scheduling meetings, tracking project deadlines, and supporting planning activities.
- Addressing and resolving any shipping-related issues or delays proactively.
Inventory Management:
- Monitoring and managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain tasks.
- Preparing and submitting shipping reports to management, summarising key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensuring that all shipments comply with international and domestic shipping regulations.
