This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for Odd Muse to enhance our brand presence, engagement, and growth. Their role goes beyond day-to-day content posting and involves data-driven planning, audience insights, and performance optimisation. This role has no direct reports.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement a long-term strategy aligned with Odd Muse business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies.
Content Planning & Brand Messaging
- Develop content pillars that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- With Head of Creative, plan BAU content, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and values.
- Build out brand social franchises.
Performance Analytics & Optimisation
- Use data and insights to assess content effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
Community & Audience Growth Strategy
- Develop tactics to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Implement strategies for organic growth and audience retention.
- Collaborate with the PR Team to build out influencers strategies.
Cross-Platform & Multi-Channel Strategy
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Explore emerging platforms and trends for future growth.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
- Ideally experience in paid advertising and campaign management.
- Excellent storytelling and brand messaging ability.
- Ability to adapt to digital shifts and industry changes.
